These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Sweepsters Cleaning LLC . By booking our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Services:

    • We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website or as agreed upon with you.

    • Our services may include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and surface wiping.

    • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  2. Booking and Payment:

    • You can book our services through our website, by phone, or by email.

    • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

    • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.

    • Prices for our services are as listed on our website or provided to you upon inquiry.

    • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment.

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff availability or emergencies.

  4. Access and Preparation:

    • You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.

    • Please ensure that the premises are clear of clutter and personal belongings to facilitate cleaning.

    • We are not liable for any damage to items left in the cleaning area unless caused by our negligence.

  5. Customer Satisfaction:

    • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

    • We may offer a satisfaction guarantee or re-clean services at our discretion.

  6. Liability:

    • We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or dirt.

    • We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  7. Insurance:

    • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations, including liability insurance.

  8. Indemnification:

    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services.

  9. Intellectual Property:

    • All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  10. Governing Law:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.
